Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, including client representatives and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and quality delivery.
- Ensure proficiency in English for written and spoken communication in technical conversations.
