As a Quality Assurance Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will lead the Quality Assurance team for the Andean Region countries, driving excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including General Managers, Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Business Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, including client representatives and suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and quality delivery.
  • Ensure proficiency in English for written and spoken communication in technical conversations.
  • Develop and maintain capabilities and skills, including result focus, continuous improvement, partnership with other areas, good communication, customer interaction, and decision making.
  • Travel as required to support quality initiatives and customer needs.
