This role will design, develop and implement Promotional Strategic framework across the OU, finding capabilities and solutions in terms of investment optimization to drive topline revenue growth, expanding the System capabilities and improving the system profitability.

Contrive solutions and capabilities that evolve our current status generating optimization in investments at the market. Main deliverable is developed and implement TPO across the region, based on the Investment Optimization strategic framework.

Improve investment behind Promotional activities: Investment Optimization & Decreasing negative ROI for initiatives.

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Strategic Framework Design for Promotional Strategy across OU.
- Evolve Capabilities through process conection with CPS platform:

- Test, validate and rollout a TPO (Trade Promo Optimization Tool) evolving to have a predictive model.
- ROE | Promotional Intelligence: in order to improve efficiency and resource optimization invested in the market, in order to capture System incremental OI.

COMMUNICATION IMPACT:

- This role will lead and orchestrate several KO stakeholders including a broad range of OU areas, such as Local HUBs including Customer (CCL), Customer Franchise, Frontline Marketing, RGM Finance, as well as Bottlers Commercial and Marketing functions mainly.
- This role will influence and work with Zone Franchise Directors, Local HUBs Leads, Bottlers Commercial and Marketing leads.
- International connection with other OU’s (Heads and Directors).

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial, Planning and related areas, with strong skills in RGM, Data Analytics and RoadMaps building.
- 12+ years of experience in commercial areas, with mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies, OBPPC Definition, aas well as proven experience in managing and leading complex cross-functional projects
- Strategic & systematic thinking (forward looking vision)
- Proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy.
- Data & analytica skills.
- Tool development and deployment experience. (Improve large scale tools)
- Ability of abstraction and influence others, incorporating new ways of work toward RGM future system.
- Effectively communication across multilever in the organization.

KNOWLEDGE:
**Master**: RGM Promo Management, OBPPC, System Economics, & Commercial Execution.

**Nice to Have**: Segmentation, Commercial Planning, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain & Customer Management.
