  • Formula y comunica las políticas de Servicio, las medidas de desempeño y los estándares para la gestión, permitiendo una medición efectiva de los resultados del servicio al cliente.
  • Liderar el monitoreo y evaluación de las quejas de los clientes para asegurar una atención rápida y amable. Dar sugerencias a corto y largo plazo para corregir los problemas según sea necesario
  • Desarrolla el espíritu de equipo y capacidades multitarea dentro del equipo.
  • Desarrolla KPIs con miembros del equipo y monitorea el desempeño individual.
  • Identifica necesidades y oportunidades de capacitación para desarrollar un departamento funcional altamente calificado.
  • Identifica necesidades y oportunidades respecto de la mejora del servicio.

Qualificações

  • Título universitario tales como, ingeniero en informática, ingeniero industrial ingeniero en ejecución en informática.
  • Certificado ITIL
  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en cargos de similares.
  • Nível de Inglés medio.
  • Visión y Pensamiento estratégico.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
