Services Delivery IT Technician

Perfil:

Carreras Técnicas IT afines.

  • 1 año de experiência en cargos similares.
Conocimiento soporte técnico IT

Dominio de paquete Microsoft Office.
Competencias en servicio al cliente, autonomía y proactividad.

Responsabilidades:

Intercambiar y validar información de visitantes.

Determinar las horas de inicio y finalización de la escolta dentro de la plataforma/herramienta designada para el Cliente.

Permitir que el visitante se registre y siga el procedimiento estándar de registro.

Cumplir con las reglas de acceso definidas que rigen las instalaciones de cliente.

Asegurar de que el visitante trabaje en el equipo detallado en la solicitud de acceso emitida por el Cliente.

Debe reportar cualquier incumplimiento de la política y los estándares de acceso al centro de datos.

Verificar que se cumple con los requisitos para el acceso para trabajos de técnicos o proveedores externos.
