Outbound Sales Manager, quien liderará un equipo a cargo de la prospección y búsqueda de oportunidades de negocios en empresas de mediana y gran tamaño.


Entre las responsabilidades del cargo se encuentra:

  • Desarrollo de estrategias de ventas: generación de leads y oportunidades de ventas.
  • Establecer métricas y seguimiento: KPIs para medir el éxito del equipo y realizar seguimiento constante de las venas.
  • Diseño de scripts y materiales de venta.
  • Investigación de mercado y segmentación: Identificar segmentos de mercados relevantes e investigarlos para comprender necesidades y comportamientos de potenciales clientes.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos de la empresa: como servicio al cliente, velando por la comunicación clara y calidad de atención hacia el cliente.
  • Mejora continua: analizar rendimiento del equipo y las estrategias, realizando ajustes si son necesarios para mejorar los resultados del área.

  • Manejo de equipo.
- Áreas comerciales - venta, investigando mercados, generando prospectos y cerrando ventas.
