O que você fará?

  • Gerenciar o desempenho do mercado HID da região em conjunto com o líder comercial e alinhado com a liderança Global de Marketing

HID:
realizar análise gap-to-close e ações corretivas, conforme necessário

  • Realizar análises detalhadas e elaborar relatórios de desempenho comercial da América Latina, de acordo com requerimentos do time de Marketing global ou seja, receita da região, vendas reais por unidade / solução a serem previstas, status de implementação da campanha e resultados
  • Trabalhar com a gestores responsável por precificação para definir a estrutura regional de preços HID e impulsionar a realização dos preços na região
  • Realizar o lançamento de NPIs em nível de região e país, propor ações de preço e coordenar a execução, identificar necessidades de upgrades e obsolescência de produtos existentes
  • Responsável pela regionalização de campanhas e programas de marketing globais para execução na região, fim de apresentar uma forte proposta de valor ao cliente
  • Adaptação e execução de programas/campanhas no país
  • Executar programas e atividades de marketing para vendas diretas e distribuidores, incluindo eventos (congressos, seminários, palestras, workshops), demonstrações de produtos
  • Organizar e coordenar treinamento de vendas para ve vendas diretas e distribuidores

HABILIDADES E REQUISITOS:

  • Graduado em Biologia, Farmácia ou disciplina relacionada desejável
  • Possuir mínimo de 2 anos de experiência comercial, com alguma experiência em uma função de marketing (6 meses ou projetos de marketing).
  • Preferidos: Mestrado / Especialização em ciências da vida e / ou Especialização em marketing ou negócios
  • Necessário: Possui profundo conhecimento funcional das funções, planejamento e estratégia do mercado corporativo, além de profundo conhecimento dos mercados de pesquisa em ciências biológicas com conhecimento dos concorrentes.
