Nos encontramos en busca del cargo Customer Acquisition and Marketing Specialist, papel clave en nuestra estrategia de marketing y adquisición de clientes, impulsor del crecimiento y la rentabilidad de la empresa mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes.
Desarrollarás y ejecutarás estrategias efectivas de marketing, analizarás el rendimiento de las campañas y harás ajustes necesarios para optimizar los resultados.
Requisitos:
- 3 a 5 años en un puesto similar en la industria del comercio electrónico.
- Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines. Un posgrado en E-Commerce, Marketing Digital o Negocios en línea sería un plus.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, capacidad de negociación, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas, proactividad, orientación al cliente y a los resultados, habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos, creatividad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y orientado a objetivos
Conocimientos y experiências:
- Experiência en Gestión de equipos y estrategias exitosas de comercio electrónico.
- Marketing digital y generación de leads en la industria del software o tecnología B2B.
- Estrategias de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, marketing de contenidos, marketing por correo electrónico).
- Gestión de sitios web y plataformas de comercio electrónico.
- Análisis de datos y estadísticas de ventas en línea.
- Herramientas de gestión de proyectos y liderazgo.
- Gestión de CRM y mallas automatizadas de marketing (Salesforce, HubSpot o similar).
Requisitos Especiales:
- Actualización constante en tendencias de comercio electrónico y tecnología digital.
- Certificación en Google Analytics o AdWords valorada positivamente.
- Dominio del inglés escrito y oral.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de generación de leads en el mercado B2B.
- Crear contenido relevante y persuasivo para blogs, redes sociales, correos electrónicos, webinars y materiales impresos.
- Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de marketing multicanal (publicidad digital, SEO, marketing de contenidos y campañas de correo electrónico).
- Administrar y mantener el CRM, asegurando la precisión de los datos y la generación de informes relevantes.
- Colaborar en el mantenimiento y desarrollo del sitio web para asegurar una experiência de usuario óptima.
- Analizar métricas de marketing para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y la generación de leads.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, desarrollo de productos y éxito del cliente
