Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a de Customer Service, para apoyar durante temporada alta (septiembre a mayo) en nuestra oficina de Santiago. 

Requisitos: 
- Inglés Avanzado
- Experiencia de al menos 1 año en áreas como recepción, customer service o atención de pasajeros.
- Egresado de alguna carrera de turismo.

Responsabilidades principales del cargo:
• Reconfirmación de Servicios.
• Atender Emergencias en la oficina y en turnos.
• Realización y chequeo de itinerarios
• Atender dudas de pasajeros próximos a viajar
• Contactar a proveedores en pos de resolver problemas de clientes.
• Seguimiento de las emergencias y de los reportes a los departamentos que
correspondan.
• Realizar el servicio post venta a pasajeros en tránsito, los cuales podrían requerir
de información o asistencia.
• Realizar registro de emergencias, feedback y pre-emergencias.
• Recibir clientes en el aeropuerto o en el hotel en casos especiales y durante el
horario de trabajo
• Apoyar en labores del departamento de Operaciones.
