Intención estratégica

Proporcionar apoyo administrativo y de coordinación para los Gerentes de Ventas. Administre de manera proactiva todos los clientes potenciales del grupo, desde la propuesta hasta el contrato y la facturación, excluyendo una lista predeterminada de cuentas. Se asignará una meta financiera trimestral y se debe cumplir.

Estructura Organizacional

El Ejecutivo de Ventas reportará directamente al Gerente de Ventas del grupo.. No existen posiciones funcionales reportando al Ejecutivo de Ventas.

Deberes y Responsabilidades

Crear un plan de acción mensual y proporcionarlo a los Gerentes de Ventas del Grupo antes del día 15 de cada mes para incluir actividades planificadas de prospección y llamadas de ventas. Producir reporte mensual de producción de nuevos grupos definidos de Ejecutivo de Ventas Lograr metas financieras personales trimestrales Ayudar a los Gerentes de Ventas del Grupo a crear y distribuir kits de ventas regulares y correos directos que destaquen servicios y comodidades, promociones especiales y puntos de venta únicos del hotel. Asistir a los Gerentes de Ventas del Grupo manejando la correspondencia de ventas y consultas. Archivar correspondencia y documentos según sistema acordado (Delphi) y mantener actualizado el sistema de rastreo. Contestar teléfonos de acuerdo con los estándares telefónicos actuales de MOSTG. Contactar a los clientes en nombre de los Gerentes de Ventas del Grupo y servir como representación del departamento en ausencia del gerente. Hacer arreglos de viaje y establecer citas de ventas para los Gerentes de Ventas del Grupo. Reunirse con los clientes y realizar recorridos por el sitio cuando sea necesario, así como realizar inspecciones de las habitaciones antes de mostrar las habitaciones. Asistir a eventos de ventas promocionales y otras funciones de ventas según sea necesario. Coordinar reservas, amenidades y propuestas para clientes VIP cuando sea necesario. Mantener toda la información de contactos, cuentas, actividades y reservas en Delphi según las mejores prácticas de MOHG Delphi. Asegurar una comunicación efectiva a la oficina regional de ventas. Organizar y entregar viajes de familiarización Producir informes de producción mensuales para el Gerente de Ventas del Grupo
