Misión

The selected candidate will lead the successful execution of projects and/or operation and maintenance of PV renewable assets within the Chilean market

Perfil

  • Technical Leadership:

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all technical aspects of PV construction, engineering, and O&M projects.

    • Develop and implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery and operational excellence.

    • Lead technical due diligence for new projects and acquisitions.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of PV construction projects.

    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progression.

  • Operations & Maintenance:

    • Develop and manage O&M strategies to optimize the performance and longevity of PV assets.

    • Implement monitoring and diagnostic tools to track the performance of PV systems and identify areas for improvement.

    • Lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize energy production.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all projects comply with local, regional, and national regulations.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on current and future projects.

  • Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other technical staff.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

    • Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, community groups, and industry partners.

    • Represent the company at industry conferences, public hearings, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with PV construction and O&M projects.

    • Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
