**About the team**:
The Early Career Talent will work in the Customer Engagement Area for Finance and Spend Line of Business, responding to the LAC Regional VP for CSM, in the role of supporting activities related to the life cycle management of the customers who use the ARIBA solution. Activities such managing reporting, KPI management, will be executed on a day-to-day basis.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: Customer Engagement - Early Career Talent

Location: Av. Los Militares 4777, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile

Duration: 6 months with option to renew for another 18 months

Contract: Temporary

Expected start date: June or July 2025

Tasks descriptions:

- Registration and follow-up of the life cycle of clients / projects.
- Weekly follow-up of problems of support / closure of problems / risks
- Monthly evaluation of indicators of adoption and progress of projects
- Internal Executive Summary
- Direct assistance to project representatives (Clients)
- Support to the activities of Customer Engagement Executives, Clients in project management (lectures, workshops, meetings)
- Preparation of global and regional executive reports.
- Invoicing management process support

**What you bring**:
**Education**:

- Must be a recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Career in Engineering, Administration, or courses related to Information Technology in general is preferred

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Experience in Project Management
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work virtually and adapt quickly to diverse environments, cross-functional teams, and multicultural settings.
