Nuestro cliente, una compañía tecnológica líder en el sector de e-learning, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Customer Engagement Specialist para brindar una experiencia excepcional a sus clientes, este será responsable de apoyar a los clientes en la compra, renovación y ampliación de suscripciones, respondiendo solicitudes directas y anticipando proactivamente las necesidades de los usuarios para garantizar una experiencia fluida y de alto valor.

Responsabilidades 

  • Gestionar todas las actividades relacionadas con ingresos postventa para los clientes.

  • Colaborar en la gestión de oportunidades de renovación y expansión.

  • Procesar nuevas compras de suscripciones y priorizar eficazmente un alto volumen de clientes para garantizar renovaciones oportunas.

  • Atender solicitudes para agregar productos a suscripciones existentes y aumentar la retención e ingresos incrementales en la cartera asignada.

  • Utilizar múltiples canales (correo electrónico, llamadas, chats grupales, etc.) para interactuar con clientes.

  • Mantener registros precisos de la actividad del cliente en Salesforce.

  • Gestionar comunicaciones entrantes (llamadas y chats en vivo).

  • Colaborar con equipos internos (ventas, soporte, gestión de pedidos, producto) para ofrecer una experiencia excepcional.

  • Guiar a los clientes hacia recursos de autoservicio: tutoriales, documentación, etc.

  • Participar activamente en sesiones de capacitación y mejora continua.

    Requisitos

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de atención al cliente, ventas o éxito del cliente en entornos de alto volumen.

  • Conocimiento de herramientas como Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach y LinkedIn.

  • Ingles avanzado.

  • Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico, adaptabilidad, resiliencia y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.

  • Conocimientos de CRM (Salesforce) y herramientas de soporte/ ticketing.
