**About the Role**:
The position is accountable for providing Customer Resolution, Problem solving and Continuous Improvement to you bring support to the Asset and Functional Leaders
within the region in HR matters.
- Drive performance and quality deliverables from the team.
- Motivate a high performing team with the required capability to achieve business goals.
- Point of contact for Senior and People Leaders who need initiation support for HR transactions
- Engage directly with customers or through HRBPs to clarify issues, seek further information and provide status updates about in-flight queries and transactions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to Principal HR Service Delivery in handling escalated enquiries or issues on complex HR transactions (from Senior Leaders) that have not been able to be resolved via the standard HR enquiry management process
- Coordinate and monitor resolution of escalated issues and complex HR transactions from HR Business Partners and HR Consulting team
- Assist the Principal to effectively communicate complex cases to HR Business partners and Line leaders
- Assist in triaging customer issues to be resolved between HR Consulting team and GAS HR Operations team
- Coordinate and assist in working with Principal GAS HR Service Delivery to contextualize customer enquiries and escalations in order to provide a quick path to resolution
- Support customer engagements by identifying issues to be clarified with customers and prepare status updates about in-flight queries and transactions
- Prepare status reporting of open queries to Principal GAS HR Service Delivery and Americas HR Consulting team
- Provide support to Principal in managing escalations of payroll enquiries
**About You**:
- To be a top performer you´ll need:
- Relevant experience in HR Partnering / Consulting
- Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Desirable Advanced Portuguese
- BHP Asset or customer exposure / experience preferred (Only for internals)
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems (Only for internals)
