Employee Service Specialist
with a strong focus on
visa and immigration processes
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, service-driven, and experienced in supporting employees through international mobility procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Work Visa Management:
Manage the complete work visa process, from initial application to final approval, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. - Compliance Monitoring:
Track and monitor the validity of employees' business visas, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and internal policies. - Employee Support & Service:
Provide comprehensive assistance to employees applying for business visas to other countries, guiding them through each step of the process and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in employee services, HR operations, immigration, or visa-related processes.
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting work and business visa applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
