We will welcome on board creative thinkers who would like to express themselves on the position of **Store Operation Responsible for South American market.**

As a **Store Operations Responsible, **you contribute towards a seamless customer experience by ensuring operations are optimized and maintained in the physical store. As part of the Sales Team, you support Area Teams and Stores and collaborate with local functions to secure best practices, providing functional experience and clear expectations. Taking decisive actions, you deliver strong commercial results and secure high operational standards across the south American Markets (Chile, Perú & Uruguay)

**Working in the role you will be responsible for**:

- Fit with our corporate culture and share our values.
- Secure maintenance of the Store Operation strategy in your market in constant collaboration with the Area Team.
- Ensure Store Operations is secured in the planning prior to implementing projects such as opening, closings, rebuilds & space optimization in your market.
- Provide coaching and training to strengthen the knowledge of Operations within the South American market.
- Lead effectively through changing customer expectations to build our future store operation.
- Implementation of OMNI features in your market.
- Secure good results of KPI’s by coaching the store and constantly improve the way of working in scope of Store Operation
- Based on Customer Audit Tool & Net Promoter Score survey support Area Teams to ensure customer experience in stores.
- Implement and adapt to local need global & regional strategy for Store Operation.

Assess and review regularly the level of Store Operation knowledge and efficiency.

- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Excellent MS office skills.

Fluent knowledge of English and preferably speak Spanish (Spanish is a plus, not mandatory)**
