**Job Description**:
As part of the Support Office team, within the Security Department you must ensure that the service levels provided by the external companies are at the highest possible level. Guaranting the performance, evaluation, communication, and results of external suppliers.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contracts, where they exist, are up to date and the costs remain within the budget.

You do the follow up and control of the invoices, doing the correct verification of associated costs, evaluating options for cost improvement and budget control.

You support the Security Manager and Security Team with other administrative tasks related to the department, including projects and insurances.

Always in line with company strategy, policies & according to guidelines.

**Team**
- Secure all training and inductions are at a consistent high level for all external staff
- Ensure all store management with guards are aware of their responsibilities
- Secure all store team stakeholders are aware of the routines & WoW related to guarding
- Provide feedback in a straightforward manner to the suppliers and coordinate action plans
- Order security supplies for stores, office and DC and ensure the correct amount is distributed in a timely manner, following the cost structure
- Support the Security Team with service requests and general service duties

**Selling**
- Implement the structure to control and follow up the invoicing from external suppliers
- Plan security guarding services according to threats, risks and in line with budget
- Ensure key KPI’s related guarding, external services and insurances are monitored and improved upon
- Guarantee guards are fully aware and aligned with H&M’s working practices and expectations
- Monitor incidents involving shrinkage and act upon the results
- Support new openings planning strategy and opening execution
- Guarantee the planification and structure of guards and security services and buying for new stores

**Profitability**
- Support Security Department with inventory preparation and orders
- Constantly support loss prevention strategy for reducing shrinkage in partnership with the Compliance Manager
- Monitor costs for service agreements and any changes to hourly rates
- Support with any tender processes
- Keep a record and control of contracts with security providers, so that they are current and up-to-date, complying with H&M Global standards

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Google Drive & Sharepoint
- Excellent planning, analysis, and organization Skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and nonverbal
- Be solution based and take your own initiative
- Strong professional maturity and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
