Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for marketing, originating, structuring, and supporting NY in the execution of project and corporate finance transactions for Latin America Department.
- Key participant in the due diligence process to ascertain the viability of the underlying transaction.
- Coordinates necessary materials for the credit approval process.
- Interface with lenders, sponsors, lawyers and all relevant parties during the execution process to facilitate the final closing of deals. This process includes the negotiation of credit agreements and all other related loan documentation.
- Develops financial models pitching presentations
- Provide senior team members with insightful ideas to expand the business and improve operations.
- Collaborates with syndication group as needed throughout the process.
- Mentors and coaches junior bankers to ensure that they are continuing to learn new skills and are exposed to different aspects of the deal process.
- Assists managers with the development and implementation of a long-term business plan and marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years of project or corporate finance
- Busines Adminsitration, graduate degree
- Financial Modeling proficiency
- Previous bank experience
- Results oriented
- Experience working with junior analysts
- English proficiency
- Ability to work under preasure in preparation of pitching presentations.
