Coordinar y supervisar los mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos del site.
Realizar la carga de documentos de inspecciones en plataforma (fotos, revisiones, relacionado a auditoria).
Gestionar órdenes de trabajo correctivas de todos los sites a su cargo.
Coordinación de proveedores, gestionar permisos de trabajo, el ingreso de los proveedores a las sucursales.
Trabajar junto con el equipo de Small Project en la renovación de activos.
Trabajar con Finanzas para ver variaciones del presupuesto
Reuniones con el cliente, reportes y escalar asuntos de riesgo.
Supervisar el desarrollo y gestión de los presupuestos de capital y gastos.
Supervisar los informes mensuales / trimestrales / anuales correspondiente.
Maximizar la utilización de proveedores/contratistas preferidos y el nível de gasto.
Supervisar el desarrollo y administrar los presupuestos de operación anual detallados y cero para cada edificio en su territorio.
Gestionar las negociaciones de nuevos y el mantenimiento de los contratos existentes.
Proporcionar el rol principal para monitorear la satisfacción del cliente y aumentarlo.
Participe activamente en el Programa de Supervisión Financiera de JLL, asegúrese de que los elementos del Cuadro de instrumentos estén en conformidad y que se resuelvan todas las deficiencias.
Desarrollar e implementar las Mejores Prácticas que impactarán positivamente las operaciones y posiblemente se exportarán a otras regiones.
Otras tareas inherentes al sector.
**Requisitos**:
Experiência previa mínima de 2 a 3 años en gestión de inmuebles o administración de facilidades (tanto soft como hard services).
**Graduado/a de las carreras**: Ingeniería, Administración, Arquitectura o afines.
Disponibilidad para realizar desplazarse por CABA y GBA, así como para viajar al interior del país.
Habilidad para organizar prioridades y manejar varios sitios de manera remota.
