**Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00 hs.

**Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial

**Tipo de contratación**: Tiempo indeterminado

¿Cuál es tu día a día?
El Assistant Facility Manager asistirá al Account Manager y al Facilities Manager para:
Mantenimiento y operaciones
Eventos y actividades operativas
Gestión de proveedores de servicios en el sitio

**Compras**: suministros y equipos
Presupuesto local y contabilidad
Servicio de asistencia
Servicio de ocupación
Gestión de oficinas

**Contacto corporativo**: Teléfono y visitas
Atención al cliente interno
Aparcamiento
Almuerzo
Sala de correo y servicios de mensajería

Se requiere
Mas de 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares
Experiência en Hoteleria, atencion al cliente, secretariado, administración (en ámbito corporativo y mandos ejecutivos).
Conocimiento de Excel Intermedio
Nível de ingles intermedio (oral y escrito)
