Patient Experience Manager

**The Position**
- As a Patient Experience Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve patient interactions with Novo Nordisk channels and services during their entire treatment journey.- Create and execute campaigns that focus on patient pains, needs and preferences (such as communication, different support contents, support and communication channels, services and others).- Collect and analyse patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.- Stimulate and promote the patient-centric mindset in the teams by sharing good practice.- Track and report on key performance indicators related to patient experience (NPS, CSAT, CES, Stay time and other relevant metrics).

**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health, or a related field.- 3 - 5 years of experience in Patient or Customer Experience management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other services industry; & overall +6 years adding experience in other similar or related roles.- Minimum of 2 years as people manager.- Proven track record in developing and implementing patient-centric strategies; experience in market research and data & consumer trends analysis.- Familiarity with Experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.).
