**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports.
- Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Is an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.
- Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) -Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions that The Patient Solutions Associate will contribute to map the real needs of patients and offer solutions that exceed expectations to generate the best patient experience. The PSA will co-design and ensure flawless implementation of Patient Support Programs (PSPs) according to internal guidelines.
- Responsible for the level of patient satisfaction & performance KPIs regarding the Patient Solution Programs and deliver insights and recommendations to the team in how to improve the patient satisfaction.
- Continuous improvement of the services provided in order to improve the experience of our patients, aligned with the brand teams, through long-term sustainable services.
- Work for the unification of all patient support programs under the brand Siempre Contigo and future union of programs at the Regional level.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Operations Management and Execution Project Management
- Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- English and Spanish at an advanced level
- Patient/client driven with excellent communication skills
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Strengths in Applied Business Insights
- Digital and Technology Savvy
- Project excellence and execution
