**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
This position establish multi-stakeholder partnerships that fully involve patients and to take prompt action to leverage opportunities for creation of shared value.
This role reports to the Market Access & Public Affairs Manager and is based in Santiago de Chile, Chile.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Be the liaison between the patient organizations, community and Takeda to identify common objectives that address the unmet needs of the patient community.
- Ability to establish mutual beneficial partnerships with patient organizations and to act upon insights that are gained through the collaboration and co-creation process.
- Coordinate and manage relationships between the company and external key stakeholders, patient organizations, HCP, and groups in line with corporate and Takeda reputation for aech therapeutic area.
- Develop collaborations and relationships with patient organizations to bring value and external insights to the business.
- Provide guidance on industry relations with patient groups
- Understand patient journey throughout the healthcare system identifying leverage points of potential collaboration.
- Develop and implement a patient advocacy plan, coordinating medical, access, communications and all Takeda areas aligned with Takeda objectives.
- Participate actively in the Chilean pharmaceutical chamber.
- Provide value insights for the Business.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**
**Experience & Education**
- Bachelor's (or Graduate preferred) degree in Communications, Sciences, Business, or other relevant areas.
- Proven previous experience in a similar position, patient support programs or access/public affairs positions.
- Advanced English.
- Desirable experience in international companies.
- Able to travel.
- Good knowledge of Chile health care system (private and public system).
- Experience virtual working.
- Valid Driver’s license required.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**
Esta posición será responsable de establecer asociaciones con múltiples partes interesadas que involucren a la sociedad civil (asociaciones de pacientes) en la creación de valor y oportunidades frente a las políticas de salud que permitan mayor acceso a pacientes a los tratamientos y a la concientización de la patología en la comunidad.
La posición reporta a la Gerencia de Acceso a Mercados y Asuntos Públicos y se encuentra basada en Santiago de Chile, Chile.
**DESAFÍOS EN A POSICIÓN**
- Ser el enlace entre las organizaciones de pacientes, la comunidad y Takeda para identificar objetivos comunes que aborden las necesidades no satisfechas de la comunidad de pacientes.
- Capacidad para establecer asociaciones mutuamente beneficiosas con organizaciones de pacientes y para actuar sobre los conocimientos que se obtienen a través del proceso de colaboración y co-creación.
- Coordinar y gestionar las relaciones entre la empresa y las partes interesadas clave externas, las organizaciones de pacientes, el personal de salud y los grupos de interés, en línea con la reputación corporativa de Takeda las distintas áreas terapéuticas.
- Desarrollar colaboración y relaciones con organizaciones de pacientes para aportar valor y conocimiento al negocio.
- Proporcionar orientación sobre las relaciones de la industria con las asociaciones de pacientes.
- Comprender el recorrido del paciente en todo el sistema de atención médica identificando puntos de apalancamiento de posible colaboración.
- Desarrollar e implementar un plan de defensa del paciente, coordinando las áreas médicas, de acceso, comunicaciones y todas las áreas de Takeda alineadas con los objetivos de Takeda.
**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**
**Experiência y educación**:
- Licenciatura (o posgrado preferido) en Comunicaciones, Ciencias, Negocios u otras áreas afines.
- Experiência previa demostrable en un puesto similar, programas de apoyo al paciente o puestos de acceso / asuntos públicos.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência deseable en empresas internacionales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Buen conocimiento del sistema de salud de Chile (sistema público y privado).
- Experiência en trabajo virtual.
- Se requiere licencia de conducir válida.
