Central Ops oversees everything we need as a company to function and ensures that orders can be placed correctly by users. Central Ops controls and supports the operations done in every country for Catalog, Shopper and Support Ops. The Quality & Experience Manager Latam is key to guarantee our value prop as a high quality service app for both customers and shoppers.

**What will you do?**:

- Contributing to earnings costs, benefits costs and Shopper-related costs.
- Keeping in constant communication with local and central teams for matters related to Shopper Operations.
- Planning various analytics functions, developing initiatives, and managing tasks defined by the Head of Shopper Ops LATAM.
- Aligning with central and local teams to establish targets and an overall strategy for quality/experience.
- Leading a team of Quality Coordinators (including Quality Agents) together with an Earning & Experience Coordinator (including agents), as well as a large area within the Shopper Ops Latam region.
- Prioritizing different responsibilities while taking into account varying demands according to each region.
- Assessing the risk and urgency of assigned tasks to help each region achieve quality and experience related targets.
- Creating and fulfilling a general strategy for Shopper Ops, while supporting the Head of Shopper Ops LATAM in achieving their quarterly goals.

**What do you need to apply?**:

- Experience leading teams and managing projects.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills in organization, planning, project management and strategic thinking.
- Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate level of Portuguese.
