We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Analyst to join our Field Sales team. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in business areas, and are passionate about strategic growth, this opportunity is for you
**What you'll do**
- Optimize sales process efficiency by reducing the time sales representatives spend on non-sales activities through the design, improvement, and automation of sales operations processes.
- Analyze the current MX onboarding process and implement initiatives to maximize sales time.
- Evaluate current merchant support and enablement processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and increase sales time.
- Develop a data collection process to improve data-driven decision making.
- Take full ownership of the current recurring revenue collection process, oversee (initial registration), collect data, analyze, propose, and execute a more efficient and optimized approach.
**You'll be great for this role if**
- Previous experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends
- Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset.
