As a CSE, you will work closely with C-Level Executives, Directors, and Regional Managers from diverse industries like Infrastructure, Mining, Electric Power, Oil & Gas, ICT, and Financial Services. Your objective is to drive usage up in every stage of the customer journey and ensure your assigned clients reach their goals.

**The BNamericas Sales Enablement team mission is**:
- As efficient as possible, maximizing the amount of their time is spent with clients, minimizing the amount of sales admin they have to do, always knowing what they should be doing next.
- As knowledgeable as possible about their sales opportunities or the accounts they are managing, that the knowledge is transferrable seamlessly across the teams following a new sale or an account hand over.
- Be able to articulate the value our clients derive from the BNamericas Market Intelligence platform.
- The role will be an important interface to the commercial team, implementing new sales management processes, administering and training on the commercial technology stack and ensuring compliance across all sales teams.
- The role will also act as a hub between the commercial teams, marketing, product and content to ensure alignment of programs whilst also proactively identifying gaps or bottlenecks and recommending solutions for improvement.
Specifically, this professional should:
- Ensure the commercial team have access to the right tools, understand how to use them and their IT environment is helping them to be more productive.
- Understand businesses needs and implement changes to existing sales team tech stack and processes to improve overall performance.
- Develop, define and maintain BNamericas Sales Standard Operating Practices.
- Build and define the BNamericas Sales Best Practice training program and help identify knowledge gaps across the commercial team.
- Build and manage sales teams KPI / metric reports through analysis of sales exec activity and data from Sales tech Stack
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- 5 years working as a business analyst supporting business operational functions
- Interest in the sales process and an understanding of the underlying sales data that can be used to improve sales and sales reporting
- Good understanding of data management and ability to build reports in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Experience of Jira or other Project Management software
- Proficiency and/or fast learning of Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, DialPad, Lusha, Intercom and other sales team technology tools
- Meeting facilitation to understand business pain points, synthesizing the discussion, and circulate meeting decisions and action items
- Ability to understand and business requirements and express through process flow diagrams
- Demonstrates problem solving, decision-making, process-improvement, strong organizational and analytic skills.
- Ability to independently manage deliverables and expectations across multiple key stakeholders.
- Experience handling conflicting priorities
- Ability to analyze and master complex business problems
- Strong intellectual curiosity, always wanting to get the job done but also analyzing how we can do it better.
