**Job description**:
As Sales Support Consultant, you will be leading, executing, and governing the Prioritized Service Events (PSE) initiative with both the Cat Resource Industries Sales, Services & Technology (RISST) regional teams and RI Dealers to increase dealer adoption & engagement of RI PSE’s as well as improve PSE Closed Won Yield and Dollars to ensure Cat is actively engaging in all Services opportunities at the site. This position focuses on driving the adoption, utilization, and actioning of PSE’s for all Mining aftermarket opportunities. The incumbent will also interface internally with Cat Digital, the DSD, and other support groups to ensure PSE’s are accurate and meet the needs of RI Aftermarket Services to achieve aggressive Sales-to-User (STU) growth goals.
**Job Duties**:
The PSE Marketing Consultant will directly contribute to the success of the RI Aftermarket Services STU growth target through the following responsibilities:
- Understand the current gaps and obstacles to adoption that exist at key Mining Dealers, and work across the Dealer and Cat organizations to close those gaps and remove any obstacles.
- Work directly with Dealers and Cat RISST teams to highlight key PSE’s and trends to generate aftermarket sales, both with managed / strategic accounts as well as local and regional accounts.
- Track and monitor PSE activity and provide reporting, updates, and necessary governance to Dealers and RISST.
- Train Dealer and Cat RISST teams on PSE’s to ensure understanding of how these are developed/created, and what actions to take to proceed forward with the leads.
- Work with Cat Digital and internal business partners to establish and solidify the incorporation of PSE’s within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to ensure PSE’s are complementary to PLESN and demand planning efforts at the dealership and mine site.
- Support the further development of PSE’s in terms of accuracy and inclusion of growth opportunities for Mining (i.e. Upgrade & Retrofit offerings, CVA’s, Cat Mining Finance, etc.) at opportune intervals in the machine lifecycle.
**Basic Qualifications**:
Four-year business or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in lead generation and opportunity management or Prioritized Service Events (PSE) experience.
Knowledge & familiarity with Cat product line and parts products.
Familiarity with Cat dealer organization and operations.
Analytical aptitude.
Strong communication skills.
Mining industry knowledge and experience.
High initiative with solid organizational and time management skills.
Experience with demand planning.
Ability to work autonomously and manage his/her own tasks & schedule.
Familiarity with the following tools: Salesforce, Microsoft tools, Tableau, and Power BI.
**Additional information**:
The location for this position is Santiago.
Domestic relocation assistance is available.
This position may require 33% travel.
