Support the Sales assigned organization (Division & Market) and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

Business Manager-Commercial & Operation
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales support of the seller.
- Takes responsibility for the bid & proposals, but also participates in the promotion and identification of opportunities in markets.
- Develop a business/service portfolio (collaborative work with vendors), cultivate long-term relationships with clients, use of CRM tools (to manage project and sales documentation).
- Development of digital opportunities.
- Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
- Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Ensures technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions, are appropriate.
Your background
- 3 years of experience in bidding systems working as sales support specialist or similar positions.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in automation (DCS, SCADA, PLC) and communications networks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, digital, data science (python).
- Knowledge of the generation process, water, miners or other sectors.
- Experience in participation of commercial terms and conditions.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills.
- A Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related
- Advanced English level is required.
- Availability to travel.
