***Job Description**:
The Service Solutions Sales Consultant helps customers to transform and build what's next for their business. The Service Solutions Sales Consultant will collaborate whit different units to align and support the pillars of business: Mission Critical LMR and Broadband, Video and Analytics, and the End-to-End Public Safety Ecosystem known as Command Central. His purpose is to create resonance with our customers by offering services and solutions that address pain points and help simplify their daily work. The Service Solutions Sales Consultant will manage customers and stakeholders and the relationships to lead our service portfolio business unit, our Service Portfolio accelerates organizations’ ability to transform their business with the best Public Safety infrastructure, platform, industry solutions and expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Explore and understand the sales as a service, the requirements of the clients and the business and technical level. Engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Lead our account strategy, generate, and develop service business growth opportunities; work collaboratively with Goverment Sales Team and the different divisions of Motorola Solutions (Land Mobile Radio, Video Security and Access Control) to optimize business results and develop opportunities.
- Develop the solution roadmap with the customer working specifically and manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
***Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working as a Service Solutions Sales Consultant in the technology industry, with a focus on Service Sales.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.
- Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience doing Sales as a Service ( Cloud, Analytic, Business Intelligence, or Public Safety or Subscription Services)
- Experience working in Technical Sales.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, strategic, and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, present, and execute strategy.
- Live and work in Santiago de Chile
