En Talent Partners nos encontramos en búsqueda **Sales Support Specialist** para nuestro cliente, innovadora compañía de **Freight Forwarding**, quien será responsable de realizar gestión comercial y de brindar apoyo administrativo y de operaciones al área comercial.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
- Apoyar al área comercial, resolviendo potenciales contingencias administrativas, comerciales y logísticas.
- Solicitar tarifas tanto a agentes locales como en el extranjero y asegurarse de que las tarifas sean competitivas.
- Preparar propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones que generen valor con beneficios claramente descritos para los clientes.
- Acompañar ocasionalmente a representante de ventas a visitas a clientes y potenciales clientes, para obtener retroalimentación y mejorar el nível de servicio y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- Mantener relaciones con agentes de acuerdo con la política de la empresa.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar el servicio de la empresa y fomentar participación de clientes actuales para expandir el crecimiento del negocio.
- Asesorar a los clientes con foco en satisfacción, aumento de volumen de ventas, margen y uso de rutas.
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente con el nível de servicio de la empresa.
**Requisitos de Perfil**:
- Título de Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniero en Logística o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 4 años de experiência en roles de soporte de ventas en compañías de Freight Forwarding.
- Alto conocimiento de rubro de transportes; operaciones marítimas, aéreas, terrestres, agencias de aduanas y servicio al cliente internacional.
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de MS Office y plataformas CRM.
- Dominio de inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Alta orientación al cliente y al servicio.
- Excelenteshabilidad de gestiónycoordinación
- Alta resiliencia, compromiso y orientación a resultados.
