**Las principales funciones serán**:
- Lograr y realizar un seguimiento de los objetivos de ventas definidos y registrados en Workday
- Diseñar e implementar un plan estratégico de negocios que amplíe la base de clientes de la empresa y asegure su fuerte presencia en los segmentos Público, Privado y Distribución.
- Construir y promover relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes y comprender sus necesidades.
- Evaluar informes de ventas, ingresos y gastos y pronósticos de gestión realistas.
- Identificar oportunidades y cambios del mercado.
- Conocer nuevos productos y el estado de la competencia.
- Gestión del pipeline de oportunidades, vulnerabilidades en la herramienta Sales Force
- Organice la base de clientes con análisis 80/20
- Mantenimiento de la base instalada.
- Implementar estrategias y seguir herramientas de ventas y marketing.
- Evaluar y aprobar la asignación de cuotas y cuentas junto con la alta dirección
- Monitorear y aprobar gastos operativos.
- Participar en la redacción/preparación de planes y campañas de ventas, planes de negocio y planes de desarrollo de productos.
- Actuar directamente en Vulnerabilidades y monitorear la satisfacción del cliente (Customer Excellence)
- Construir y gestionar un equipo de representantes de ventas en el territorio designado.
- Lidera e inspira al equipo de ventas para lograr los objetivos comerciales manteniendo un diálogo constante y buscando la diversidad de ideas.
- Actúa en sinergia con la coordinación de distribución para el desarrollo del canal indirecto en su respectivo territorio.
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciatura en Salud, Negocios; MBA deseable
- 5 años de experiência en ventas.
- Experiência supervisando, coordinando, organizando personas y planificando recursos y presupuestos.
- El inglés avanzado será considerado un diferencial.
- Capacidad para evaluar y recopilar información de inteligencia de mercado.
- Calidad y responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones.
- Orientación al cliente y gestión de relaciones.
- Insights/inteligencia comercial y empresarial
- Negociación e influencia
- Orientado a la acción, resultado impulsado, capacidad de implementación y agilidad.
- Líder capaz de identificar y desarrollar habilidades y compromiso en el equipo.
- Adaptabilidad en la cultura corporativa.
- Flexibilidad para cambiar
- Disponibilidad de 50% para viajes.
