Then you are the Sales Support Specialist we are looking for**How does your role as Specialist Sales Support look like?**:

- As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of our Sales Support department. In your position you will be responsible for the Customer Service and performing order deliveries of vegetable seeds according to client instructions. In doing so, you take care of the administrative processing of orders and related documents and you are responsible for the management of the commercial warehouse. You provide stock, shipment and price information internally and to customers. Within the team you identify opportunities and possibilities for improvements and are open to further optimize the processes together with your colleagues. As Sales Support Specialist you also provide support for chain activities and E-Commerce. In addition, you are responsible for the marketing activities for the sales team. Hereby you take care of external communication, internal communication and marketing and the organization of external events.**Your contribution**:
You are flexible, customer-oriented, proactive, you like challenges, and you have a strong sense of responsibility. You are people-oriented and you also can take the lead in collaboration to work towards a decision. You have a strong empathy. You have an independent, open and energetic attitude and you like to work with colleagues. Despite the fact that a large degree of independence is required of you, you are a real team player and you find it no problem to work under pressure in a hectic environment. Given the international character of the position, a good command of English language is a must.

In addition, we may find the following on your resume:

- a completed Bachelor’s degree in the field of Commercial Economy, Logistics, Accounting;
- at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- knowledge of and experience with project and change management;
- knowledge of and experience with IT within a complex organization;
