About the job Sales Operations Specialist Location: Santiago, Chile (remote) Role Summary We are seeking a bilingual (English‑Spanish) driven Sales Operations Specialist to sharpen our sales processes, improve pipeline visibility, and equip the commercial team with the insights needed for smarter, faster decisions. This position plays a key role in making sure our sales engine runs with precision, efficiency, and strategic focus. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive growth through data, process improvements, and tool optimization. Key Responsibilities CRM Ownership: Manage and enhance our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to ensure accurate data, strong adoption, and reliable reporting. Sales Insights: Monitor and analyze key metrics like conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and pipeline velocity. Build dashboards and deliver actionable reports for leadership. Process Improvements: Spot gaps in areas like lead routing, quoting, and pipeline management. Implement automation and best practices to increase efficiency. Sales Enablement: Partner with Marketing and Product to equip the sales team with playbooks, collateral, and training resources. Forecasting & Planning: Support quarterly planning and target setting by leveraging historical data and business priorities. Cross‑Functional Partnering: Serve as the link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Education & Experience At least a C1 level of English 3‑5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Support roles Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards Familiarity with B2B sales cycles; logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce experience preferred Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth or startup environment Nice to have: Background in logistics or last‑mile delivery Nice to have: CRM certifications such as Salesforce Admin Nice to have: BI tools experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) #J-18808-Ljbffr
