**About the Role**:
Our client's Irish tourism business is seeking a talented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced sales representatives in providing exceptional customer service to our clients from Canada, Australia, and the United States.
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Support**: Provide support to existing sales representatives by handling warm leads and answering customer inquiries.
**Sales Team Assistance**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
**Requirements**:
- **Sales Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- **Excellent English**: Fluency in English with a strong command of the language.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Basic understanding of CRM software for managing leads and customer information.
- **Outgoing Personality**: A friendly and extroverted personality to build rapport with clients.
- **Travel Enthusiasm**: A genuine interest in travel, preferably with experience in the travel industry.
- **Location**: Based in the American time zone (Latin America, preferably Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, or Colombia).
**Salary**: $1500-$2000/month for a full-time position.
