The role:
The Solution Consultant Determines the overall strategic & operational scope of new business opportunities. Understands strategic business issues, craft and communicate solution strategies. It is part business analyst, part salesperson and works closely with sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Close collaboration with Account Managers, GSDC, BDEs and other cross-functional departments
- RFP process with Sales Organization
- Upsell and Cross-sell within named accounts
- Service Adaption and Utilization
- Oversight of GSDC Ops Quality
- Opportunity identification
- Targeted campaign support, enablement, and upsell
- Attend internal/external customer calls and presentations as an expert resource
- Collaborate with sales on strategic high potential customers to develop an account plan to maximize opportunities and increase gross profit attainment.
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams
- Support enablement for Account Managers on products, licensing and services, and proactively communicate updates
- Support customer setup and onboarding as needed.

What we need to see from you:
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university preferred
- Operational Background, Disciplined, Multi-tasking
- Excellent Organization Skills.
- Worked on IT business Before.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer Intelligence, Value based Selling, Financial Forecasting, Building Relationships
- Project Management Methodologies and Frameworks.
- Sales Methodology.
