**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer, for roles within software engineering, data science, product management, etc
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc)
- Fluent in English
- Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
- Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high quality hires for the company

**Responsibilities**
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for software engineer, data science, and product management positions from initial outreach through offer
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
- Clear communication (written, verbal, meetings) with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
- Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
