We are looking for passionate **Recruiter **to join our team in our Sao Paulo offices

**The Work You’ll Do**

As a Recruiter you will perform various duties such as filling many positions, sourcing, interviewing and college recruiting.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Determine hiring requirement by working closely with hiring managers across the company
- Responsible for a variety of duties associated with full-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, administering pre-employment assessments, interviewing and closing
- Represent Sovos in the community, college career fairs and beyond
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination to achieve results, success and growth
- Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement, and commitment to action
- Develop trust and model open, candid, respectful communication, and collaborative teamwork
- Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning

**What We Need From You**
- Previous history recruiting technical profiles is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of products
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees including leadership
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required
- Motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity
- Experience working remotely and international environment
