**We are searching the best talent for Sr Communications Manager to be in Chile or Argentina.**

**Purpose**:
The Senior Manager will engage and inspire MedTech Southern Cluster team through strategic communications that showcase the breadth and value of the Johnson and Johnson MedTech company in the Southern Region (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay) - JJMT SC. Proactively working to strengthen the reputation of Johnson & Johnson MedTech as innovative and technology-oriented company, driven by ethical and patient centered focus among internal and external audiences.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support the definition and implement communications and P&A strategy for JJMT Southern Cluster LATAM, aligned with business priorities. This includes the development of comms strategy and campaigns for specific initiatives;
- Deliver an external positioning plan considering MT initiatives and franchises priorities.
- Drive greater employee engagement, understanding of Latam strategy and achievements as part of the Employee Engagement specialty for LATAM.
- Partner with external stakeholders and industry associations (ADIMECH, AmCham and Cadiem, among others) to leverage JJMT SC and MT industry reputation in Chile and Argentina as priority markets.
- Deliver executive & leader communication messaging and communications; Plan and coordinate JJMT SC Vicepresident’s Meetings/ Town Halls / Thought Leadership strategy.
- Measure, track & report effectiveness of communications initiatives

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements**:

- Preferred Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
- Preferred Area of Study: Communications - Public Relations or Journalism
- Preferred Related Industry Experience : Healthcare
- Fluent in Spanish - Required (native speaker)
- Fluent in English - Required

Skilled and with proven experience in all aspects of internal, external and digital communications, strong interpersonal Communication Skills, solid writing skills, crisis management skills, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders an manage expectations and priorities
