**About the Role**:
As Specialist Autonomy Facilities, you will play a key role on supporting the study and delivery of the projects under the autonomy program for Minerals Americas Copper assets. Reporting to the Manager Material Handling you will lead a team of engineers to generate the required designs and documentation needed to deliver the infrastructure that will enable the autonomy program. In this role, you will:

- Participate and contribute in your team to reliably deliver team results and meet deadlines.
- Support a team culture of continuous improvement and leading change.
- Generate technical documentation required to deliver autonomous systems, end user computing and facilities, having in mind the integration to fulfill the requirements of the autonomy program solution architecture.
- Design target state solution architecture that meets technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Provide expert advice on the solution architecture of vendor solutions and it’s alignment to BHP standards, in order to select the most appropriate alternative.
- Provide technical support to other project teams within BHP.
- Communicate solution design to a wide range of business and technology groups and stakeholders.
- Approach opportunities and problems from a business-first mindset.
- Accountable of the final release of the technical documents, for purchase and construction.

**About You**:
Requirements for success:

- Bachelor or higher Engineer degrees from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) schools. Engineering degree is a plus.
- 5+years of experience in engineering and delivery of Technology Infrastructure projects.
- English level intermediate.
- Proven experience in leading teams in engineering and delivery of greenfield and brownfield OT infrastructure projects.
- Experience with datacenters, facilities and end user computing.
- Desirable knowledge on ISA-95 standard.
