**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Specialist Autonomy Technology Delivery, this role supports the delivery of the autonomy program for Minerals Americas Copper assets which is aligned to BHP’s objectives to become safer, lower cost, more reliable, and more productive through the lever of technology. Specifically, you will be tasked on ensure that Technology infrastructure are deployed per specification to support the role-out of autonomous systems for Drilling and Hauling operations. All of this with under Technology’s mantra “Value at Velocity, with a Great Felt Experience”. The role is asset based in an 8x6 shift combining technical knowledge, stakeholder, and project management you will be tasked on understand business challenges and drive the implementation of technical solutions that allows to unlock the desired business value. Reporting to the Superintendent Autonomy Delivery you will:

- Lead your team to deliver reliable results and meet deadlines always having a culture of safety first.
- Analyze the plans for timeliness of activities, utilization of resources and slippage against baselines and where appropriate create exception reports for discussion with the plan owners recommending corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure all plans are resourced in line with planning standards, identifying areas where resources are overloaded or underutilized, provide resource reports to the plan owners recommending corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure all inter project, release and external dependencies are identified in the plan and managed according to the planning standards and processes.
- Run standard reports based on data held in the planning / time recording system.
- Supervise project infrastructure deployment at site complying with BHP safety requirements, engineering/design and schedule defined.
- Review and comply with cost and schedule plan.
- Execute TIE-INS and CHANGE activities coordinating with operational and technical teams.
- Coordinate and supervise vendor/supplier’s activities and ensure suitable tools/material storage at site.
- Develop engineering/design as-built documents ensuring compliance to BHP processes and standards for project transition to Operations.

**About You**:

- Technical or Bachelor or higher degrees from STEM schools.
- Years of experience on Infrastructure project delivery
- Years of experience in leading teams.
- Proven experience on hand on delivery of infrastructure for mining projects, such as:

- Datacenters and facilities
- Networking and hosting environments
- Electrical and/or Control rooms
- Telecommunications technologies such as DWDM or wireless communications.
- Mechanical and/or Instrumentational components
- Production and control system
- Experience coordinating construction activities ensuring people safety.
- Experience in cost and schedule compliance and reportability
- Desirable English level intermediate, fluid English speaking
- Desirable start-up and commissioning experience
- Desirable experience in large multisystem projects
- Desirable knowledge on ISA-95 standard.
