**What we're looking for**

Risk prevention specialist to work on Chile office partime (30 hrs a week). Elaborate, plan, control and promote preventive and corrective actions in order to avoid work accidents and occupational diseases and ensure the review of compliance with current procedures to provide a safe environment in the following countries: Belize, Chile, Costa Rica and Mexico.

**What you'll do**
- Create and supervise risk prevention policies.
- Implement the various training activities necessary to ensure knowledge of protocols and actions associated with safety and prevention.
- Implementation of protocols of the various health and safety institutions.
- Preventive management control Inspections and adaptation of facilities according to regulatory requirements.
- Preparation of management reports.
- Verification of compliance with procedures and technical recommendations
- Maintaining the relationship and representation before mutuality, replacing the different requirements and optimizing the benefits.
- Verify compliance with the functions of the joint health and safety committee, and attend monthly meetings.
- Implement and control the PROTOCOL OF OVERSIGHT OF PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS IN THE WORKPLACE (MINSAL) in Chile and other countries according to current regulations.
- Elaborate and implement risk matrices.
- Implement Emergency and Evacuation Plans in Vacasa's facilities.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**Skills you'll need**
- College degree and register on Seremi
- Fluent English
- Availability to work 30 hours a week
- 2 years of experience as Risk Prevention specialist
- Highly responsive and reliable.
- Reliable internet connection
