This position is responsible for assisting in the sales parts and service in Chile with more focus in Antofagasta. Keep in frequent contact with the end user and business partners. Work with the Product Support team to provide excellent customer support. Also assisting in keeping customers informed about promotion of parts and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative control of all sales parts processes including quotations preparations and sales ongoing follow up. Provide support to Customers in any parts requirement.

- Receiving concerns and enquiries from customers portfolio in a daily basis.
- Assistance in the development, execution and follow up the country business plan
- Develop and implement service projects for equipment maintenance in the territory.

Required Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Field of study - Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience requirements (years) - 3-5
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Mindset (Attitude).
