**What you'll do;**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Success team
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships across the customer journey
- Oversee seamless customer onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues and drive resolution
- Design and implement scalable customer success processes and best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to represent the voice of the customer
- Monitor customer health metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Promote a customer-centric culture aligned with company values and mission
- Support customer education and guide platform adoption and expansion
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and skills development within the team
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product strategy and innovation
