Your next challenge
- Manage and oversee the activities of the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Develop and implement PMO processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on PMO performance metrics.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.ñ
- Conduct research on PMO best practices and emerging trends.
- Provide leadership and direction to the PMO team.

You’re a match- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- Over 10 years of experience in project management or PMO leadership roles.- 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams and collaborating directly with C-level executives.- Proven experience as a PMO within consulting firms is a strong advantage.- Solid background in the services industry, particularly within IT and financial services, is highly valued.- Skilled in process design and redesign, with a strong track record of managing both IT and business projects.- Demonstrated expertise in launching and overseeing large-scale service delivery initiatives, either as a project owner or sponsor.- Experience in managing third-party vendors and partners.- Fluent in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
