En Colektia, estamos buscando un **Costumer Success Manager**para unirse a nuestro equipo:
**Responsabilidades**:
- Ejecutar onboarding estructurado e impulsar la adopción de los clientes
- Monitorear los KPiS
- Gestionar cuentas
- Coordinar con los equipos técnicos y de producto
- Implementar estrategias de tramp prevention y aumentar el light and value de los de los clientes.
- Controlar los costos y asegurar eficiencia financiera.
- Suponer acciones basadas en el análisis y feedback.
- Equilibrar consultoría y rentabilidad de las cuentas.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en mercadotecnia, administración, comunicaciones o ingeniería comercial
- 2-3 años de experiência en CS o KAM (E-commerce, B2B, Fintech,etc)
- Uso de CRM
- Conocimiento de kpis (Saas) OBLIGATORIO
- Metodologías de onboarding
- Inglés Intermedio
- Comunicación clara y empatía
- Análisis de datos.
**Ofrecemos**:
- Sueldo base $2250000 + 450000 bono mensual
- Bonificaciones 18 sep/navidad
- Lunes a viernes 8:30 am a 18:30 pm
- Hibrido, por el metro manuel montt
- Seguro completamentario de salud
