5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
- Experience in project management and delivery and/or program-management
- Effective communication skill in Spanish and English

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to come join our World Wide Public Sector team in Chile. In this highly visible position, the CSM helps key customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey.
Key job responsibilities
Working with Public Sector organizations in all stages of their cloud adoption, Customer Solutions Managers (CSMs) are customer advocates guiding customers through the value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey.
**Value Realization**: You identify and accelerate the customer’s realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
**Enablement**: You help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
A day in the life
Day-to-day, you will balance your time between directly engaging with customers, partners, internal AWS teams and services to help our customers on their journey in the AWS Cloud.
Working backwards from the customer, you may define opportunities that are strategic to the customer’s cloud journey including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation and innovation, business agility and other.
- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Demonstrated technical breadth in AWS and/or cloud fundamentals
- AWS certification(s) and/or other cloud provider certification(s)
