**What we're looking for**

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensure all disbursements are processed according to terms.
- Lead regular meetings with all team members to provide continued training and education.
- Develop and monitor team metrics to report on performance, efficiency and bandwidth
- Participate in month end close and audits as necessary
- Utilize Looker to provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations based on data to management
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees and ongoing training/development for your downline
- Collaborate with team members to generate ideas to streamline processes and create efficiencies
- Partner with various cross functional teams to identify process improvements to decrease owner statement corrections and increase owner satisfaction
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of changes to the process
- Possess a clear understanding and interpretation of policies and controls, demonstrating financial and business acumen
- Protect organizational values through confidentiality and following company policies
- Other tasks and projects as assigned

**What You'll Need**:

- Reliable internet connection.
- **Fluent english**

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Education
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or experience equivalent

Work Experience
- 5+ years work experience or education equivalent
- Work effectively both independently and as a member of the team

Knowledge
- Ability to analyze data for complex situations
- Netsuite and excel
- banking softwares
- Strong business acumen and understanding of upstream and downstream impacts

Technical Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and thorough
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and responsiveness to change
- Good understanding of virtual meeting platforms (Hangouts, Slack, Zoom, Huddle)
- Proficiency with Excel and Google apps for business
