In TMF Group we are seeking a dedicated Certified Auditor Accountant that will maintain direct client relationships to ensure the effective fulfillment of service proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Maintain direct client relationships** to ensure the effective fulfillment of the service proposal.
- ** Constantly evaluate procedures** in the area; implement improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- ** Review the complete payroll process** for the assigned client portfolio.
- ** Set goals and continuously evaluate** the performance of the team in charge (4 people).
- ** Lead, understand, and make decisions** regarding complex technical and legal issues.
- ** Ensure compliance** with all TMF Group policies and local legislation.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Certified Public Accountant. (Contador Auditor)
- ** Experience**: 3 to 5 years in the accounting field.
- ** Technical Knowledge**: IFRS standards (essential) and ERP management: Oracle (desirable).
- ** English Level**: Intermediate - advanced (essential).
- **_ Desirable_**_: Experience working with client's portfolio._
