Business Developer – Rubro Logístico / Operativo Región Metropolitana | 100% Presencial Contrato: Plazo fijo → Indefinido Renta: $1.800.000 líquidos + asegurado por 3 meses Descripción del Cargo Importante empresa del sector logístico–operativo , con más de 250 colaboradores a nivel nacional, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Business Developer para fortalecer su equipo comercial y apoyar el crecimiento de nuevos negocios. La misión principal del cargo es captar nuevos clientes , desarrollar oportunidades comerciales y posicionar el portafolio de servicios logísticos de la compañía mediante una gestión consultiva y orientada a resultados. Responsabilidades Principales Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en logística, industria, retail y e-commerce. Realizar prospección activa: visitas, llamadas, seguimiento y apertura de cuentas. Levantar necesidades del cliente y diseñar propuestas comerciales a medida. Presentar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales asegurando márgenes establecidos. Gestionar cartera de clientes activos, realizando seguimiento y fidelización. Mantener y actualizar el funnel comercial con avances, propuestas y cierres. Elaborar reportes de gestión, forecast y análisis del mercado. Requisitos del Cargo Experiencia comprobable en Business Development, ventas consultivas Exluyente experiencia en el rubro logístico, transporte, bodegaje o supply chain . Valor agregado: cartera de clientes activa en sectores logísticos o industriales. Habilidades de negociación, comunicación efectiva y orientación a resultados. Capacidad de autogestión, disciplina comercial y manejo de relación con clientes. Competencias Valoradas Pensamiento estratégico y visión comercial. Resiliencia y tolerancia a la presión. Capacidad analítica y manejo de indicadores comerciales. Organización, seguimiento y gestión de múltiples oportunidades en simultáneo. Condiciones del Cargo Jornada: 100% presencial en RM.
