Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Sales Manager (Perú, Chile, Bolivia) based in Santiago, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing and delivering presentations, and analyzing market trends to inform sales strategies and actions. Regular travel within the designated region may be required to meet clients and manage accounts effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong knowlege and experience into bearings and power transmition products market. Mandatory.
- Client relationship management, negotiation, and account management experience.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in generating sales reports and using CRM software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid working models.
- Familiarity with the industrial sector or a related field is a plus.
- English or italian speeking is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
