We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives with global clients in the High Tech sector, focusing on solutions for Data Centers. This professional will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting strategic negotiations, and managing complex contracts, acting as a bridge between client needs and the company's solutions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies for global accounts in the High Tech segment.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
Conduct high-level commercial negotiations, including contractual terms, SLAs, and long-term agreements.
Drive new customer acquisition and manage a significant volume of deals and target account pipelines.
Respond to inbound lead generation, leveraging sales expertise to close new accounts.
Use industry knowledge and sales experience to establish credibility with current and prospective clients.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making by management.
Collaborate with technical, operational, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet client expectations and secure new business.
Transition customers to the account management team responsible for post-sales support.
Monitor market trends and developments in the Data Center and Technology sectors.
Represent the company in international meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Experience with commercial contracts and complex negotiations in regulated environments.
Knowledge of the Data Center sector, including operating models, sustainability, and security.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Ability to build long-term relationships with global stakeholders.
Higher education in business administration, engineering, information technology, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Over 6 years of successful experience in technical or external sales, using a consultative approach.
Previous experience working in, or familiarity with, industrial environments.
Previous experience with multinational clients in the High Tech sector.
Familiarity with sustainable and digital solutions applied to data centers.
Estamos en busca de un(a) Business Development Manager con experiencia para liderar iniciativas de crecimiento junto a clientes globales del sector High Tech, con foco en soluciones para Data Centers. Este profesional será responsable de identificar oportunidades, conducir negociaciones estratégicas y gestionar contratos complejos, actuando como puente entre las necesidades de los clientes y las soluciones de la empresa.
ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento para cuentas globales del segmento High Tech.
Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de contratos.
Realizar negociaciones comerciales de alto nivel, incluidos términos contractuales, SLA y acuerdos de largo plazo.
Impulsar la adquisición de nuevos clientes y gestionar un volumen significativo de operaciones y pipelines de cuentas objetivo.
Responder a la generación de leads entrantes, aprovechando la experiencia y habilidades comerciales para cerrar nuevas cuentas.
Utilizar el conocimiento de la industria y la experiencia en ventas para establecer credibilidad con clientes actuales y potenciales.
Proporcionar pronósticos de ventas precisos y oportunos que informen la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la gerencia.
Colaborar con áreas técnicas, operativas y stakeholders internos para garantizar entregas alineadas a las expectativas y ganar nuevos negocios.
Transferir clientes al equipo de gestión de cuentas responsable del soporte postventa.
Monitorear tendencias de mercado y evolución en el sector de Centros de Datos y empresas de Tecnología.
Representar a la empresa en reuniones internacionales, ferias y eventos del sector.
Experiencia en contratos comerciales y negociaciones complejas en ambientes regulados.
Conocimiento del sector de Data Centers, incluyendo modelos de operación, sustentabilidad y seguridad.
Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
Habilidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo con stakeholders globales.
Formación superior en administración, ingeniería, tecnología de la información o áreas afines.
Título en Ingeniería.
Más de 6 años de experiencia exitosa en ventas técnicas o ventas externas, utilizando un enfoque consultivo.
Experiencia previa trabajando en, o familiaridad con, entornos industriales.
Experiencia previa con clientes multinacionales del sector High Tech.
Familiaridad con soluciones sustentables y digitales aplicadas a centros de datos.
